...,'.' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND
OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
I Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Mpnager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commis-
sion of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1956 shall be as follows,
to-wit:
City Manager, salary $650.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00.
Police Judge, salary $215.00 per month, official bond, $2,500.00.
City Attorney, salary $275.00 per month, official bond $2,500.00.
Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, salary $500,00 per month,
official bond $60,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 1955.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 27th day of
July, 1955. .fL_

I, L. G. Shadoan, Clerk of the City Commission of The City of Bozeman, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 781 was published by title and number in the
Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circumtion printed and published in said
City in the isaue of August 2nd, 19.55, and that due proof of such publication is on rile
in my office.
