/ BE I'r ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CI'I'Y OF BOZEMAN:
Section I. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered, after the
claims allowed July 6th and 13th, 1955 have been paid, and after payment of the interest I
and principal of bonds or warrants heretofore called, which remain, as balances, in the
several funds.shall be, and are hereby appropriated for use during the fiscal year ending
June 30th, 1956, as provided by law.

Section 2. ,That the following sums of money, inclusive of the aforesaid balances,
be, and the same arehereby appropriated for the operation of the Municipal Government I
of The City of Bozeman, for the payment of its obligations; for transfer as shown; for
capital outlay; and for investments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1956, pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 11-3318 to ll-3322 inclusive, R. C. M. 1947; and amendmenu
thereto and in accordance with the annual budget and recommendations submitted by the
City Manager as amended and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth.

Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 17th day of August, 1955.
