ORDINANCE NO. 784
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ERECTION, C )NSTRUCTI~)N, ENLARGEMENT, ALTERATION,
REPAIR, MOVING, REMOVAL, CONVERSION DEMOLITION, OCCUPANCY, EQUIPMENT, USE,
HEIGHT, AREA, AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES IN THE CITY DE
BOZEMAN, MONTANA PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND COLLECTION OF
FEES THEPEFOR: DECLARING AND ESTABLISHING FIRE DISTRICTS; PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATIJN THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEFEWITH.
This Ordinance is a copy of the Uniform Building Code, 1955 Edition adopted and I
copyrighted by the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference at the Thirty-second
Annual Business Meeting of the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference, October
5 to 8, 1954, with minor changes to meet the needs of this city.
Section 6003. Ordinance No. 685 and all ordinances amendatory thereto, and all
ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 6004. This Ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect, from and after 30 days from its date of final passage and approval.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman this 16th day
of November, 1955.
