ORDINANCE NO. 790
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY
AND OFFICIAL BOND O-F THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENT, AND THE
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by, the I
City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission
of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1956 shall be as follows,
to-wit:
City Manager, salary $650.00 per month, official bond, $20,000.00.
F-olice Judge, salary $215.00 per month, official bond, $2,500.00.
City Attorney, salary $300.00 per month, official bond, $2,500.00.
Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, salary $500.00 per month,
official bond $60,000.00.
Section 2
That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance shall be effective
as of July 1, 1956.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the date of its
passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 25th day of I
