AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIA'rING MONIES FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED NECESSARY AND IN
ACCOPDNANC E WITH BUDGETORY REQUIREMENTS FOR MAIN'rENANCE ETC., OF THE MUNICI-
PAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MON'rANA FOR 'rHT~ FISCAL YEAR ENDING
.JUNE 30, 1957.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section l. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered, after the
I claims allowed .July 5th, 1956, and after payment of the interest and principal of bonds
or warrants heretofore called, have been paid, which re'Tlain as balances in the several
funds shall be, and are hereby appropriated for use during the fiscal year ending .June
30th, 1957, as provided by law.

Section 2. Thnt the following sums of money, inclusive of the afo~esaid balances,
I be, and the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Mimicipal Government
of 'rhe City of Bozeman, for the payment of its obligations; for transfer as shown; for
capital outlay; and for investments for the fiscal year ending Juen 30, 19S7,
pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 11-3318 to 11-33?2 inclusive, R.C.M. 19L) 7 ; and amendments
thereto and -tn accordance with the annual budget and recommendations submitted by the City
Man87er as amended and/or approved by the Cormnission as hereinafter set forth.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be published as provided by law and ten days
after such publication, may be passed, but shall not be finally passed before the second
MJnday in August, 1956 (August 13th, 1956) .
Section 11. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
final passage and approval.
Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 15th day of August, 1956.
