ORDINANCE NO. 795
AN ORDINANCB OF THE CITY OF' BOZEMAN, MONTANA, PROVIDING FOR 'rHE NAMING OF A
PORTION OF U. S. HIGHWAY NillABER TEN (10) LYING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF 't'HE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. For the purpose of properly designcting the public streets within the
I City of Bozeman, Montana so thf:t the same may be known by properly established end des-
ignated street names that portion of U. S. Highway Number Ten (10) lying within the
:
corporute limits of the City of Bozeman, beginning at a line common to Lots 5 a~d 6,
Block 23, Northern Pacific Addition to the City of Bozeman and said line produced, and
extending in an easterly Rnd south-easterly direction through Blocks 17, 23, 24 and 25
of said Northern Pacific Addition and Blocks 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Granite Addi-
tion to the City of Bozeman, to the easterly corporate limits of the said City of
Bozeman, shall be, and is hereby named East Main Street, and shall hereafter be known
and designated as East Main street.
Section 2. 'rhis Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days from its final adoption.
Finally adopted and approved at a regular session of the Commission of The City of
Bozeman held on the 3rd day of April, 1957.

that the foregoing Ordinance No. 795 was published by title and number in the Bozeman
Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in sa~d City
in the issue of April 5th, 1957, anddle proof of such publication is on file in my
office.
