ORDINANCE NO. 798
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE
MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE
HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COM-
MISSION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official I
bond to be given bY, the City Manager, the heads of
the departments, and the employees of the City Com- .
mission of Bozeman, Montana for the fiscal year ending June 30th,
1958 shall be as follows, to-wit:
City Manager, salary $700.00 per month, official bond, ~20,OOO.00.
Police Judge, salary $225.00 per month, official bond, $2,500.00.
City Attorney, salary $315.00 per month, official bon~$2,500.00.
Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, salary $550.00
per month, official bond, $60,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this
Ordinance shall be effective as of July 1, 1957.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days after the date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on
the 31st day of July, 1957.

Section 2.
This Ordlnance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty days
after its adoption.
Adopted at a regular meetIng of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman held
this 24th day of April, 195?
