ORDINANCE NO. 806
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DE-
PARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY
LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
I Sec tion 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be
given by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City
Commission of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1959 be as follows1
towit:
City Manager, salary $ 750.00 per month, official bond, $ 20,000.UO.
Police Judge, salary $ 225.00 per month, official bond, $ 2,500.uO.
City Attorney, salary $ 315.00 par month, official bond, $ 2,500.00
Director of Finance and Clerk of the City Commission, sa lary $ 575.UO
per month, official bond $ 6u,uuO.uO
Sec tion 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fiXed by this Ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 1958.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 3uth day of
