, ORDINANCE NO. 811
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN ESTABLISHING THE HOURS DURING WHICH BEER AND LIQUOR
MAY BE SOLD, OFFERED FOR SALE OR GIVEN AWAY IN SAID CITY OF BOZEMAN AND REPEALING SECTION
10 OF ORDINANCE NO. 641,SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 675 AND .ALL OF ORDINANCE NO. 724
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: I
Seotion 1: Hereafter all licensed establishments wherein beer as defined by subsection (b) of
Section 4-302, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, is sold, offered for sale or given away at retail
shall be closed during the following hours:
(a) Sunday from one a.m. to one p.m.;
(b) On any other day between one a.m. and eight a.m.;
(c) On any day of a biennial general or primary election at which state and
national officers are elected, during the hours when the polls are open, but not upon the day of any
other election.
Section 2: No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale or given away upon any premises licensed
to sell liquor at retail during the following hoursl
(a) Sunday, from one a.m. to one p.m.;
(b) On any other day between one a.m. and eight a...;
{c} On any day of a biennial general or primary eleotion at which state and
Bational officers are elected, during the hours when the polls are open, but not upon the day of any
other eleotion.
Section 3: Section 10 of Ordinance No. 641, Section 5 of' Ordinance No. 615, all of Ordinance
No. 724, and all other ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. I
Seotion 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days fram and after its
passage and adoption.
