ORDINANCE NO. 814

AN ORDIN~E OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE
MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE
HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMIS~
SION AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA I
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond
to be given by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments,
and the employees of the city commission of Bozeman, Montana
for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1960 be as follows
tooowit::
City Manager, salary $800.00 per month, official bond, $20,000.00, Police
Judge, salary $250.00, official bond, $2,500.00, City Attorney, salary
$335.00 per month, official bond $2,500.00, Director of Finance, salary
$600.00 per month, official bond $60,000.00.
Clerk of the City Commission, and assistant to the Director of Finance,
salary $375.00 per month, official bond $15,000.00.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds as fixed by this Ordinance
shall be effective as of July 1, 1959.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days I
after the date of its passage and approval.
Passed by the City 'Connnission at a regular session thereof held on the
22nd day of July, 1959.

I, C. K. Wilson, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 814 was published by title and number
in the Bozeman Daily 'Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in said City in the issue of July 24th, 1959 and due proof of such
publication is on file in my office. I
