This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. E. Minutes – January 12, 2016 F. Invited Guests 1. Jessica Johnson – Neighborhoods Coordinator G. Action Items 1. Certified Local Government grant application (Saunders) Review the CLG application and authorize the President of the HPAB to sign. Recommended Motion: “I move to authorize the President of the Board to sign the 2016-2017 CLG application as recommended by Staff and discussed by the Preservation Board”. 2. Set regular meeting date for the Board (Saunders) Take official action of the Board to establish the 2nd Tuesday of the month as the standard meeting date for HPAB. Recommended Motion: I move to set the regular meeting date of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board as the 2nd Tuesday of the month in which meetings are held. 3. Preservation Award Review (Ketterer) Review the received nominations, discuss their relative merits, and determine which, if any, awards should be granted. 4. Election of Officers H.
