Message: Dear Commissioners and friends: I have a concern. Please take a drive down South
Black and Harrison (between Tracy and Black) and look at the condition of the road. We have
lived on the cul de sac on South Black for more than 25 years, and have watched the road
steadily deteriorate over time. At present, emergency vehicles will find it nearly impossible to
reach homes in our neighborhood. Please, please, pave this road. I have reached out to the city
community organizer in the past, but honestly do not have the time to poll our neighborhood.
Many owners are not living in Bozeman, as there are rentals on our street. I have found the road
to be quite depressing and demoralizing, and not at the aesthetic and level of quality one would
expect in the heart of a town and city as beautiful as Bozeman. Please do something. Thank you,
