B. 15526 – Four Points Subdivision Phase II Preliminary Plat – (Krueger/Kohtz)
2545 Veronica Street, 3605 Kimberwicke Street, generally southwest of the intersection of
Davis Lane and Cattail Street
A proposed major subdivision of the Four Points Subdivision Lots 4 and 5 into twelve lots for
multi-household development with associated streets, a parkland corridor and
infrastructure.
C. 16042– Rocky Mountain Credit Union Site Plan– (WerBell/Kohtz)
1840 Baxter Lane
A proposed commercial building of 5,031 square feet with a drive through facility,
associated parking and site improvements.

A. 15554– True Dragon Brewery SP/COA/CUP– (WerBell/Kohtz)

A site plan, certificate of appropriateness, and conditional use permit application to allow
conversion of an existing industrial building to a brewery with on-premise consumption in
the proposed tasting room and construction of a parking lot, drive accesses, and landscape
improvements.

A. 16-062 – The Palisade at Ferguson Farm – (Martin/Kohtz)
630 Boardwalk Avenue
Site Plan for a single story 6,557 sq ft commercial/office building for Lot 3 Block 4 of the
Ferguson Farm Subdivision and Master Site Plan, with associated parking and site
improvements.

A. 16064 – Sacajawea Middle School Upgrade and Expansion – (Brekke/Kohtz)
3525 South 3rd Street
A building upgrade and expansion project for the existing middle school, including additions to
the building, expansion of surface parking, reconfiguration of bus/parent drop off points, and
new emergency access locations.
B. 16046 – Bridger Vale Informal – (Saunders/Kohtz)
North of Turtle Way and East of Manley Road, access to East Gallatin Recreation Area
An informal to consider annexation and initial zoning of Residential Emphasis Mixed Use district
with potential future development of a non-standard public street, public park south of the
street, and townhomes and a commercial tract north of the street. Approximately 6.5 acres.
