B. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
C. Signing of Notice of Special Meeting
D. Preliminary plat for Diamond Estates Subdivision No.2, Phases" and 11I- subdivide 82.19 acres
located east of Flanders Mill Road and south of West Oak Street extended into 182 residential lots -
Gaston Engineering and Surveying for Douglas Smith (P-05071) (Dave Skelton)
a. Decision
Listen to applicant's response to proposed new conditions/changes in
design of preliminary plat; Commissioner discussion/comments; motion
and vote (to or not to approve)
E. Public comment
This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will be
taken by the Commission on work session agenda items, no additional public comment
will be taken during the remainder of the work session unless specifically requested by
a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Setting of short-term (12 to 24 months) and long-term (2 to 5 years) goals for the organization
Work under direction of facilitator to review current goals and identify
new goals for upcoming fiscal year
2. Setting of budget directives and goals for Fiscal Year 2006-2007
Listen to staff presentation; identify budget directives and goals for
upcoming fiscal year
3. Discussion - FYI Items
- Updates from City Manager and other staff members
- Updates from Commissioners
