Bk. 10 page 617. MEETING DATE: February 29, 2016 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent RECOMMENDATION: Motion to Acknowledge and Approve Receipt of a Street/Alley Vacation Request from the Cannery District Partners, LLC to Discontinue and Vacate all of the Streets and Alleys Lying Within Block 2 of the Imes Addition to the City of Bozeman Located North of Tract A of Certificate of Survey C-41-D and South of the North Boundary of Oak Street Established by Ordinance 575, Misc. Bk. 10 page 617. BACKGROUND: According to Section III B. of the City’s Rules of Procedure for Change of Street Name or Discontinuance, Abandonment or Vacation of Street or Alleys, the City Clerk (Clerk of Commission), upon receipt of the petition, will place the item on the Consent Agenda acknowledging receipt and directing that the petition be forwarded to Staff for review. The application for street/alley vacation was received on February 23, 2016 by the Engineering Office. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
