This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will be
taken by the Commission on work session agenda items, no additional public comment
will be taken during the remainder of the work session unless specifically requested by
a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Presentation from Gallatin Development Corporation regarding proposal for management of
City's CDBG Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund (30 minutes)

senior center (30 minutes)

located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Davis Lane and Catamount Street into 10
single-household detached lots, 28 single-household attached lots, and 4 multi-household lots
