Said utility Easement is approximately 8.5-feet long and is intended to connect the south boundary of Tract A of Gallatin County COS 691,which is also the north boundary of the College Park Professional Center,to the north boundary of an existing 30-foot wide utility easement in the northern portion of Common Area 4A.
