Consent Items- 1. Commission Resolution No. 3865 - amending programs under which landfill tipping fees are waived, effective October 30,2005 2. Ordinance No. 1652 -amending provision for exercising eminent domain powers within city limits; provisionally adopt and bring in three weeks for final adoption 4.
