1. Ordinance No. 1652 - amending provision for exercising eminent domain powers within
city limits; finally adopt
2. Ordinance No. 1653 - amending zoning designation from "M-1" (Light Manufacturing
District) to "B-1" (Neighborhood Commercial District) on 7.78 acres and establishing
an initial zoning of "R-1" (Residential Single-Household, Low Density District), "R-2"
(Residential Two-Household, Medium Density District), "R-3" (Residential Medium
Density District) and "R-O" (Residential Office District) on 35.99 acres lying along North
27th Avenue and east of Davis Lane along the south side of Hulbert Road extended;
finally adopt
3. Ordinance No. 1654 - amending Sections 2.04.020 and 2.04.040, revising time set for
seating of new Commission; provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final
adoption
4. Acknowledge receipt of staff report - annexation of 4.55:t acres lying along the west
side of Thomas Lane, north of Baxter Lane - William H. Louis, et al. (A-05008) (Dave

15. Authorize City Manager to sign - Professional Service Agreement with HDR
Engineering, Inc. - to provide capital funding assistance and legislative representation
for the recently approved State and Tribal Assistance Grant (STAG)
16. Authorize City Manager to sign - Right-of-Way Agreement, Quit Claim Deeds, and
Public Street and Access Easement with School District NO.7 for right-of-way along
Durston Road between North 11 th Avenue and North 15th Avenue
17. Award bid for two front load garbage trucks - Kois Brothers Equipment Company,
Billings, Montana - in the bid amount of $330,000
18. Appointment of Commissioner Kirchhoff and Commissioner Hietala to subcommittee
to review Pledged Securities as of September 30,2005
