This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will be
taken by the Commission on work session agenda items, no additional public comment
will be taken during the remainder of the work session unless specifically requested by
a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Proposed plan for Northeast Urban Renewal District (NURD)
a. Public hearing
Open public hearing; listen to staff presentation; listen to applicant's
presentation; accept public testimony; close public hearing
b. Decision
Any Commissioner discussion/comments; motion and vote (to or not to
approve)
G. Commission Action Items
1. Ordinance No. 1655 - adopting Northeast Urban Renewal District (NURD) plan
Motion and vote (to or not to provisionally adopt and bring back in two
weeks for final adoption)
2. Adoption of Three Parks Master Plan
Listen to staff presentation; accept public comment; motion and vote (to
or not to adopt plan)
3. Presentation of proposed signalization improvements at intersection of South Willson Avenue
and West College Street - Montana Department of Transportation
Listen to presentation; ask questions for clarification; accept public
comment; possible motion and vote to forward Commission
recommendation to Montana Department of Transportation)
