1. Ordinance No. 1654 - amending Sections 2.04.020 and 2.04.040, revising time set for
seating of new Commission; finally adopt
2. Ordinance No. 1656 - adopting Chapter 9.72, pertaining to special security service
charges for loud or unruly gatherings; provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks
for final adoption
3. Commission Resolution No. 3875 - intent to annex 4.55:t acres lying along the west
side of Thomas Lane, north of Baxter Lane; set public hearing for December 19, 2005
4. Commission Resolution No. 3876 - intent to annex 313.95 acres located on the east
side of Story Mill Road approximately 2,000 feet north of the intersection of Mcllhattan
Road and directly east of the City of Bozeman Landfill; set public hearing for December
19,2005
5. Approval of request for extension of period of approval for annexation of Tract 1, COS
No. 1895, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Story Mill Road and
Bridger Drive, to February 21, 2006, to allow Blue Sky Development (new property
owners) an opportunity to compete the remaining terms of annexation
6. Authorize City Manager to sign - Revised and Restated Interlocal Agreement
Governing the Montana Municipal Insurance Authority
7, Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Access Easements from
Schroeder Homes, Inc., and Chad M. Moe, Gregory S. Klevenberg and Robert W.
Harms - 28-foot-wide easements across Lot 2, Block 12, Cattail Creek Subdivision,
Phase liB, and Lot 3, Block 12, Cattail Creek Subdivision, Phase liB
8. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Pedestrian Access Easement
from Mark R. Albrecht - 30-foot-wide easement across Lot 2, Block 5, Walker Property
Subdivision (along north side of US Highway 10/Frontage Road)
9. Ratify City Manager's approval to allow single-family residence at 1604 Maple Drive to
connect to City sewer service without annexing, subject to conditions in memo dated
November 21
10. Authorize Mayor Pro Tempore to sign -letter to Montana Department of Environmental
Quality granting signatory authority for MPDES Permit MT-0022608 to Wastewater
Treatment Plant Superintendent
11. Approval of Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of September 30,2005, as
reviewed by Commissioner Kirchhoff and Commissioner Hietala
