1. Ordinance No. 1657 - establishing policy providing for the sale of advertisement space
on municipal vehicles and other municipal property; provisionally adopt and bring back
in two weeks for final adoption
2. Commission Resolution No. 3877 - in support of public transportation services and
recognizing HRDC as recipient of Section 5311 funds
3. Commission Resolution No. 3878 - expanding business improvement district to the
north, east and west of the existing district
4. Acknowledge receipt of petition for annexation of 0.455-acre parcel described as Tract
A, COS No. 526 (3100 Wagon Wheel Road)
5. Acknowledge receipt of staff report - annexation of 0.455-acre parcel lying southeast
of intersection of South 3rd Avenue and Wagon Wheel Road (3100 Wagon Wheel
Road) (A-05012) (Chris Saunders)
6. Ratify City Manager's signature on Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement
with Montana State University authorizing MSU police department to issue citations
into Municipal Court
7. Authorize City Manager to sign - Full Access Easement for Lot 5, Minor Subdivision
No. 340 (for First Security bank at intersection of Cottonwood Road and Huffine Lane)
8. Approval of park master plan for Oak Springs Major Subdivision, subject to conditions
in memo dated December 5, 2005
9. Authorize staff to begin coordination with appropriate governmental agencies to
develop scope of work and funding structure for update to transportation plan (Chris
Saunders)
10. Authorize staff and Recreation and Parks Advisory Board to utilize planning area and
populations for update to the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) Plan
that were developed for the watewater stormwater plan (Chris Saunders)
11. Authorize and direct staff to utilize planning area and populations for update to the
Bozeman 2020 Community Plan that were developed for the watewater storm water
plan, continue to focus on coordinated land use and infrastructure planning, and
update factual data and policies of the plan (Chris Saunders)
12. Approval of renewal of beer, wine and liquor licenses for Calendar Year 2006 - 57
applications totalling $24,800

floor area cap, with deviation from Section 18.52.090, Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow 20
percent more signage as it applies to total square feet and pole sign height - Springer Group

5. Modifications to relaxations for Baxter Meadows Subdivision Planned Unit Development to
allow requests through the CUP process to increase maximum building height in "B-2" zone
east of Vaquero Boulevard and north of Baxter Lane to 65 feet for all buildings and roof types;
to allow restricted size lots less than 5,000 square feet for single household detached dwelling;
to allow dwellings constructed on RSLs to not be subject to Section 18.16.030.C.; and to allow
affordable housing units to exceed the floor area ratio and to exceed maximum square footage
of 1,515 square feet on property north of Baxter Lane along Vaquero Parkway - Cadius

8. Conditional Use Permit for Bozeman Gateway Planned Unit Development - allow development
of a master plan under an approved development manual and allow relaxations to eliminate
60-percent restriction on impervious surfaces and allow for development of entire site,
exclusive of required yard setbacks; allow development to be completed within ten years; allow
blocks to exceed 400 feet in length and width; allow encroachment into watercourse setbacks;
allow streets to intersect at angles less than 90 degrees; allow soft trails in lieu of sidewalks;
relax average spacing requirements for public streets; exclude requirement to have 25 feet of
frontage on improved street or alley; allow diagonal parking on certain streets; allow building
height of 146 feet; allow encroach parking to encroach into yard setbacks; and allow lots less
