Ordinance No. 1657 - establishing policy providing for the sale of advertisement space on municipal vehicles and other municipal property; provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption 2. Commission Resolution No. 3877 - in support of public transportation services and recognizing HRDC as recipient of Section 5311 funds 3. Commission Resolution No. 3878 - expanding business improvement district to the north, east and west of the existing district 4. Acknowledge receipt of petition for annexation of 0.455-acre parcel described as Tract A, COS No. 526 (3100 Wagon Wheel Road) 5. Approval of park master plan for Oak Springs Major Subdivision, subject to conditions in memo dated December 5, 2005 9. Authorize staff to begin coordination with appropriate governmental agencies to develop scope of work and funding structure for update to transportation plan (Chris Saunders) 10. Authorize staff and Recreation and Parks Advisory Board to utilize planning area and populations for update to the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) Plan that were developed for the watewater stormwater plan (Chris Saunders) 11. Authorize and direct staff to utilize planning area and populations for update to the Bozeman 2020 Community Plan that were developed for the watewater storm water plan, continue to focus on coordinated land use and infrastructure planning, and update factual data and policies of the plan (Chris Saunders) 12.
