foot commercial building with parking and related site improvements.
B. 15376– 33 W. Main Street (Bisl Restaurant) On-Premises Consumption of Alcohol
CUP– (Brekke/Kohtz)
33 W. Main Street
A conditional use permit application to allow the sales of alcohol for on-premises
consumption in a previously approved tenant space with indoor serving areas.
C. 15498- Element Hotel On-Premise CUP- (WerBell/Kohtz)
25 East Mendenhall Street
A conditional use permit application to allow the sales of alcohol for on-premise
consumption in a previously approved tenant space with indoor and outdoor serving areas.
D. 15589 – South Towne Square – Building 4 CUP – (Krueger/Kohtz)

A conditional use permit application to allow Offices, Medical and/or Dental clinics, or
health and exercise establishments on the ground floor within a B-1 District.
E. 15531 – Golden Gate Condominiums SP/CCOA – REVISED Resubmittal
(Brekke/Kohtz)

A REVISED site plan and commercial certificate of appropriateness application to allow five
multi-unit residential buildings, with a total of 70 dwelling units (reduced from 84), and
affiliated private open space, landscaping and surface parking.

A. 15576- Unitarian Universalist Church SP/CUP- (WerBell/Kohtz)

A site plan and conditional use permit application to allow a greater than 20% expansion of
a community center with related parking and landscaping improvements.
B. 15526 – Four Points Subdivision Phase II Preliminary Plat – (Krueger/Kohtz)
2545 Veronica Street, 3605 Kimberwicke Street, generally southwest of the intersection of
Davis Lane and Cattail Street
A proposed major subdivision of the Four Points Subdivision Lots 4 and 5 into twelve lots for
multi-household development with associated streets, a parkland corridor and
infrastructure.
4) Initial Week Review
A. 16044 – Marathon Seat Covers Addition Site Plan/CUP (Brekke/Kohtz)
1624 W. Beall Street
A 3,911 square foot addition to the existing Marathon Seat Covers building that includes a
new cutting room, storage area and employee space. The expanded light manufacturing
use within the addition is considered a conditional use in the B-2 zoning district.
B. 16041 – Pine Meadows Preliminary Plat – (Rogers/Kohtz)
310 Valley Drive
A preliminary plat application subdivision 4.104 acres into 18 residential lots with parkland,
an open space parcel, and road ROW.
5) Informal
A. 16059 – Hawthorne Elementary School Informal – (Brekke/Kohtz)
114 North Rouse Ave
An informal review of a new two-story building addition and a new stair entrance on the
north side of the existing Hawthorne Elementary School (along Lamme Street). Other
modifications occurring with the addition is the removal of an attached, one-story modular
structure on the north side of the building as well as the removal of the other free-standing
modular structure on the property.

A proposed commercial building of 5,031 square feet with a drive through facility and the
associated parking and site improvements.
DRC comments due February 26.
B. 16050– Wortman Addition East Gallatin River Estates Master Site Plan, First Phase
Site Plan– (WerBell/Kohtz)
40 Kean Drive
A proposed master site plan and first phase site plan for a single household residence, guest
house and detached garage.
DRC comments due March 4.
C. 16053– Burgard Building Master Site Plan, First Phase Site Plan– (Krueger/Kohtz)
751 Osterman Drive
A proposed master site plan and first phase site plan for a 15,363 square foot industrial
building with associated parking and site improvements.
DRC comments due March 4.
