Message: I am writing in response to my support for the proposed land use designation for the
Simmental property at 1 Simmental Way. The opportunities for growth and the potential to make
Bozeman a highlight city on the map are what makes this an easy decision to support. This
property is a main entrance to Bozeman much like the Roosevelt Arch is a main entrance to
Yellowstone, one of the most iconic National Parks in the world. This is a chance to give tourists
and locals a grand entrance, if done correctly, into our beautiful city. Thank you for taking the
time to read this and I hope that Bozeman continues to grow and create more job opportunities
for those who love the great outdoors.
