Message: I support the proposed land use change for the property at 1 Simmental Way from
Industrial to Regional Commercial and Services. North 19 has become the main entrance into
Bozeman and I would like to have this entry way be inviting to folks visiting and living in
Bozeman. Hotels, restaurants and shopping is much more attractive than a bunch of RV's, cars
and trucks. Plus these type of business would attract a much larger group of people to stop and
spend money in Bozeman, especially if they have stopped at our attractive rest area.
