Message: I strongly support the Growth Policy Amendment to change the land use designation to
Regional Commercial and Services for the American Simmental Association property at 1
Simmental Way. This makes so much sense given the location of the property. It is a major
entrance to the city of Bozeman. Hotels and restaurants would be much more attractive and
inviting to visitors (and residents) than industrial businesses.
