Message: I hope you will change the land use designation at 1 Simmental Way to Regional
Commercial and Services. Great location coming into town on N. 19th...which did NOT exist
many years ago. Let's update the designation. Great place for another Hotel/restaurant. We have
use for more hotel space. SO MANY times Bozeman was totally filled up last year! Thank you.
