D. Action Items/ Gallatin County Commission Regular Agenda Item.
1. Contract for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (GC/CM) for Pre-
construction and Construction Services for the Joint Law and Justice Center Project
with Gallatin County (Winn)
Consider the Motion: Having considered public comment and the information presented by staff,
I hereby move to authorize the City Manager to execute appropriate contract documents with
Langlas and Associates for pre-construction and construction services for the Joint Law and
Justice Center project with Gallatin County.
