Message: Dear Commissioners, Re: Golden Gate Condo Project This project should not be
approved until the traffic, parking, and safety issues have been resolved in a meaningful way.
Currently the only way in and out of the proposed project is from Golden Gate Ave. This puts
100% of the burden of the traffic, safety, and parking problems on the residents who live on
Golden Gate Ave. This is wrong. It will be a catastrophe for these home owners. There property
values will be diminished overnight and they will have the frustration of dealing with these
problems on a daily basis. This project needs it's own entrance somewhere other than Golden
Gate Ave. This would solve all of the traffic, safety, and parking issues mentioned. The residents
on Golden Gate Ave. need your help!
