Message: As a resident of the Loyal Garden subdivision, I would like to thank you for your
willingness to consider reclaiming the Golden Gate condominium project, however I do not feel
that it is necessary at this time. The developer of the project has shown an amazing amount of
willingness work with the Loyal Garden Homeowners Association to make modifications to the
project in order to make it fit better with the character of the neighborhood. I believe the normal
process is working as intended and does not require the intervention of the Commission. Thank
