Dear Allyson,
I just bought a home in Loyal Gardens in November because the neighborhood is so nice and
quiet. Someone in our subdivision brought it to my attention that the city is considering
allowing 5 buildings of condos to be put up in this nice subdivision! Needless to say, it is
upsetting for many reasons. It is going to be so congested here and it won't be quiet anymore
if these condos are allowed to be built. The influx of traffic through here is going to be quite
noticeable. However,the major downside is that home values here are going to decrease
dramatically. We all moved here because it was a very nice neighborhood, and that feel is
going to change drastically if these condos are built.
I am hopeful that the City of Bozeman will reconsider these condominiums in our Loyal Gardens
neighborhood.
