A site plan and certificate of appropriateness application to allow the construction of a 28
room hotel with ground floor commercial space on 7,333 square foot lot.
B. 15579–Downtown East Main Zone Map Amendment– (Saunders/Kohtz)
Between Broadway Avenue and Wallace Avenue from Mendenhall Street to the southern
end of S. Wallace Avenue.
Rezone 21.53 acres from B-2 Community Business and R-4 High Density Residential District
to B-3 Central Business district and PLI Public Lands and Institutions district. Applicant and
representative is the Downtown Bozeman Partnership for multiple landowners.

A site plan and certificate of appropriateness to allow the construction of a 4,268 square foot
commercial building with parking and related site improvements.
