City Commissioners:
I am greatly opposed to the projected high density condominiums. To put three (3)story apartments
and excessive bodies and pets in an upscale subdivision is beyond my understanding.
We have strict covenants and purchased property in Loyal Garden because of them. To have proposed
plans executed is NOT protecting existing family property owners who need consideration in this matter.
We bought in good faith and will continue to have faith that you will make good decisions for me, my
current neighbors and your current constituents; decisions which will protect our properties and our
quality of life.
