It has been brought to my attention that you are the person and department to email my concerns
about the proposed developments in my Loyal Garden subdivision.
I was told to refer to the Golden Gate Condominiums Site Plan - file # 15531.
I have lived in this subdivision with my husband for over three years now and we have a 23
month old son. Our address is 4895 Vine Street and we are on a corner lot.
That being said the increased traffic to our neighborhood by adding all of these units is a major
concern for me and my family. The aesthetics of having such a huge development at the entrance
is also displeasing. While I understand the need for housing it's hard for me as a resident of a
modest home to have this sort of development enter the neighborhood. I imagine our property
value will be negatively affected. These are just a few of my concerns and I wanted to let you,
the city planners, know how I feel.
