SUBJECT: 2014 Wastewater Collection System Facility Plan Update - Amendment No. 5
MEETING DATE: January 25th, 2016
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize City Manager to sign Amendment No 5 to the
Professional Services Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the partially executed Amendment No. 5 with
Morrsion Maierle for the 2014 Wastewater Collection System Facility Plan Update. A
previously approved amendment added the predesign services for a trunk sewer main across
MSU property to ultimately serve the South University District area. The alignment has now
been agreed to by MSU. This amendment is to add the design services for that trunk main as well as a water main to serve the Miller Pavilion.
The document is in the City’s standard format.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission
FISCAL EFFECTS: $80,920 to be paid from the Wastewater fund, Wastewater Impact Fee fund, and Water fund.
