opportunity to voice their concerns regarding 15531 Golden Gate Condo
development.
The following is a list of concerns that I feel need to be addressed to the
satisfaction of the homeowners before this project continues:
▪� deWin Madill acted knowingly & willfully to deceive the homeowners of LGS &
the City of Bozeman by solely approving this development without the knowledge of
the Board of Directors & HOA members.
▪�this development is "Fruit from the poison tree" and should be denied due to
legal issues.
▪� violation of LGS bylaws & covenants
▪�design too high density for vision & character of LGS
▪�higher density = higher traffic volume, higher crime, loss of safety, loss of
character, loss of privacy & loss of property values.
This project is totally inappropriate for this neighborhood.
All of the LGS homeowners were knowingly misled in purchasing in this Covenanted
neighborhood and now will suffer great financial loss & way of life.
Please vote NO in pursuing this condo/apartment development.
