There is a gross misconduct in the selling/developing approval process of these
condo proceedings.
Mr deWin Madill (Covenant Investments) has filed bankruptcy chapter 11 on loyal
garden subdivision 8/30/10 in us bankruptcy court district of Montana, James a
patten attorney Then in April 1, 2014 he was sued because he fraudulently
transferred assets so bankruptcy court would not find them. Case #11-61317-7 he
lost that one & was ordered to pay $41k.
Then the IRS jumps in docket #pt-2009-113 loyal garden lots. DeWin Madill
testified that loyal gardens is on a busy street adjacent to commercial lot. He
also testified that 4 of the lot sells were to relatives who have since sold
their property this past fall 2015 prior to the official condo development
announcement. RED FLAG All the while promoting the sell of loyal garden property
as a small neighborhood that compliments and enhances the community. The
covenants shall apply to all 75 acres and may not be amended w/o consent of
owners.
DeWin Madill has a history of willful disregard & fraudulent activities regarding
loyal garden subdivision and therefore the City of Bozeman should deny all
previous condo proceedings until city attorney's investigations are completed as
well as legal representation from the HOA.
