RE: Golden Gate Condominiums
Dear Allyson:
On behalf of the applicants for Golden Gate Condominiums, we are
requesting to take a break or time out for the design review process for these
condominiums. As you are aware, we first became aware of the neighbors'
concerns when they presented information to the City Commission on Monday,
January 11, 2016. We listened and took to heart the neighbors' comments at the
DRB as well as the DRB comments and want to make modifications which address
those comments.
Please schedule our project for final DRC on February 17, 2016 and another
DRB meeting for February 24, 2016.
