Box 1230 City of Bozeman, MT Re: Golden Gate Condominiums pending development for Loyal Gardens Sirs: I have recently learned that there is a proposed development up for discussion which I feel is extremely ill advised. My main concerns have to do with the density of people and cars to a small area. The proposed development would change the current density from approximately four persons per acre unit to 25 or more people per acre. This would change the area in an adverse way. The associated problems would include where would all of these people park their cars,trucks and other vehicles.? The proposed parking areas connected to the new development are not sufficient. The streets, Golden Gate and Advance, would be impacted r with overflow cars being parked there, particularly in the winter with mounds of snow in the area. In case of fire emergency,the fire trucks probably would not have enough room to fight the fire. Another concern is to the added strain on the sewers stem as well as the draining problems Y g as this area is the lowest area of Loyal Gardens and it is a wet land area. There would also be an impact on the nearby schools with the children of the new 500 or 600 people moving in. I urge you to vote against this development as proposed and opt for something with a density conducive to the rest of the Loyal Gardens subdivision.
