SUBJECT: Continue the public hearing on Appeal 15524, Appeal of the
Administrative Project Decision for the Streamline Sign Permit
Application 1522995 from January 11, 2016 to January 25, 2016.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commission continue the public hearing to January 25, 2016.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: I hereby continue the public hearing on appeal 15524, Appeal
of the Administrative Project Decision for the Streamline Sign Permit Application 1522995 from
January 11, 2016 to January 25, 2016. BACKGROUND:
The City is processing the Appeal of the Administrative Project Decision for the Streamline Sign
Permit Application 1522995.
The City received a request from the appellant to consider an alternative date for the public hearing before the City Commission as they would be unavailable to attend the meeting on January 11, 2016. The appellant has waived the appeal timeframe of 45 working days required
by Sect6ion 38.35.030.F, which expires on January 16, 2016.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available:
1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None identified at this time.
