and surface parking.
B. 15529 – Sourdough Water Tank Annexation/ZMA (Saunders/Kohtz)

Annexation and initial zoning as Public Lands and Institutions (PLI) for 11.663 acres. Right of
way is 3.413 acres and area of parcel is 8.25 acres. Site presently is used for the Sourdough
Water Tank.

A Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the
adaptive reuse of an existing building for on premise consumption of alcohol.
C. 15552 – Hawthorne Place Site Plan & Certificate of Appropriateness Application –
(Davis/Kohtz)
104 North Church Avenue
A site plan and certificate of appropriateness application to allow the construction of a 5-
unit apartment building with garages with related site improvements.
D. 15341 – Oak Meadows Subdivision (Block 4/Lot 1 & Block 5/Lot 1) Master Site Plan
Application – (Brekke/Kohtz)
South of Oak Street between North 12th and North 14th Avenues
A master site plan application requesting a five-year entitlement for building, parking,
landscaping, open-space and parkland layout on the two property lots.
E. 15578 – The Pitt Training Facility Site Plan Application – (Brekke/Kohtz)
3717 Equestrian Lane
A site plan application to allow the construction of an approximately 5,000 square foot
building footprint that will house an athletic training facility, as well as related landscaping,
pedestrian sidewalk and related site improvements.

An application for a Growth Policy Amendment to alter existing land use designation on
6.2294 acres from Commercial to Residential on the official Bozeman Future Land Use Map.

To seek informal advice and guidance on the future development of 55-acre community
park.
B. 15569 – Taco Bell at Catron Crossing – (Davis/Kohtz)

To seek informal advice and guidance on the future development of a new commercial
building for a restaurant use with parking and associate site improvements.
