Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims for Goods and Services (LaMeres) January 4, 2016 Bozeman City Commission Agenda Page 2 of 3 2. Task Order with Tetra Tech for Ongoing Groundwater and Landfill Monitoring at the Story Mill Landfill (Hixson) 3. Task Order with Tetra Tech to Provide Technical Services for Ongoing Mitigation System Maintenance and General Support at the Story Mill Landfill (Hixson) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-3 as submitted. I. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. J. Action Items 1. Final adoption of Ordinance 1930, Revisions to the Bozeman Municipal Code to Rescind References to the Workforce Housing Provisions in Chapter 10, Section 8 and Create References to Article 43 in Chapter 38, Unified Development Code, Inclusionary Housing, Application Z15358 (Thomas) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, the recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all the information presented, and a public hearing having been held on September 21 and November 16, 2015; I hereby move to finally adopt Ordinance 1930 for rescission of references to the Workforce Housing provisions in Chapter 10, Section 8 and replace these references to cite Article 43 in Chapter 38, Unified Development Code. 2. (Re) Appointment to the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee (Michalson/Ulmen) Consider the motion: I move to re-appoint or appoint one member to the City Appointee position on the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee that expired December 31, 2015 with a term updated and ending December 31, 2017. 3. (Re) Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (Michalson/Ulmen) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint or appoint members to One At-Large Position with an expiring term of December 31, 2016, One At-Large Position with an updated term expiring January 4, 2016 Bozeman City Commission Agenda Page 3 of 3 December 31, 2018 and One City Resident Position on the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board with an updated term expiring December 31, 2018. 4. Appointment to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board (Michalson/Ulmen) Consider the motion: I move to appoint Tuli Fisher to an At-Large Position on the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board with a term ending June 30, 2017. 5. Appointment to the Trails, Open Space and Parks (TOP) Committee (Michalson/Ulmen) Consider the motion: I move to appoint Stephanie Gray to the Vacant Recreation and Parks Advisory Board Position with a term expiration of April 18, 2015 on the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee. 6. Reappointment to the Police Commission (Michalson/Ulmen) Consider the motion: I move to approve the City Manager’s reappointment of Jim Drummond to the Police Commission with an updated term ending April 30, 2018. 7. Appointment of Mayor and Commissioners to Voting Boards and Committee Positions and Assignment of Mayor and Commissioners to act as Liaisons to City Citizen Advisory Boards, Councils and Committees (Michalson/Ulmen) Consider the motion: I move to approve the assignment of the Mayor and Commissioners to the Voting Boards and Committees positions and to approve the assignment of the Mayor and Commissioners as Liaisons to City Advisory Boards, Councils and Committees as discussed.
