SUBJECT: Task Order, December 2015 Mitigation System Maintenance and General Support, Story Mill Landfill
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
MEETING DATE: January 4, 2016
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Task Order for
Ongoing Mitigation System Maintenance and General Support at the Story Mill Landfill.
BACKGROUND: The City has an ongoing Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech Inc. to provide technical services related to the mitigation systems installed in the residences in
Bridger Creek Phase III. This task order extends the current agreement in order to provide these
services through February, 2016.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None.
FISCAL EFFECTS: The cost of this work will be $22,810.00. This work will be paid for with
the proceeds of the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
