Olive Street 1) Call meeting to order 2) Final Week Review A. 15516 – SXS Building – (Davis/Kohtz) 387 Gallatin Park Drive A preliminary site plan application to construct a 2-story office building with associated parking and site improvements. 3) Second Week Review A. 15531 – Golden Gate Condominiums SP/CCOA (Brekke/Kohtz) 4835 Golden Gate Avenue A site plan and commercial certificate of appropriateness application to allow five multi-unit residential buildings, with a total of 84 dwelling units, and affiliated open space, landscaping and surface parking. 4) Initial Week Review A. 15532 – Union Market Conditional Use Permit & Certificate of Appropriateness – (Davis/Kohtz) 326 E Mendenhall Street A Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the adaptive reuse of an existing building for on-premise consumption of alcohol. B. 15552 – Hawthorne Place Site Plan & Certificate of Appropriateness Application – (Davis/Kohtz) 104 North Church Avenue A site plan and certificate of appropriateness application to allow the construction of a 5- unit apartment building with garages with related site improvements. C. 15341 – Oak Meadows Subdivision (Block 4/Lot 1 & Block 5/Lot 1) Master Site Plan Application – (Brekke/Kohtz) South of Oak Street between North 12th and North 14th Avenues A master site plan application requesting a five-year entitlement for building, parking, landscaping, open space and parkland layout on the two property lots. D. 15578 – The Pitt Training Facility Site Plan Application – (Brekke/Kohtz) 3717 Equestrian Lane A site plan application to allow the construction of an approximately 5,000 square foot building footprint that will house an athletic training facility, as well as related landscaping, pedestrian sidewalk and related site improvements. E. 15574 – Yellowstone Theological Institute Preliminary Plat – (Krueger/Kohtz) 3000 South 19th Avenue, generally east of the intersection of Graf Street and South 19th Avenue A proposed minor subdivision of one tract of approximately 80 acres into five lots for further development. 5) Informal A. 15563 – Dotty’s Casino Informal – (Martin/Kohtz) 2107 North 7th Avenue An informal application for advice and comment on a redevelopment plan that calls for the demolition of the existing building with relocation to the south side of the lot, with associated parking and site improvements to be completed in three phases. 6) Additional Items 7) Adjournment Final Plan Reviews Pending A.
