Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-11 as submitted.
E. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for
the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the
purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in
conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit
your comments to three minutes.

1. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for Fiscal Year 2014-2015
(LaMeres)
Consider the motion: I move to accept the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and results
of the financial audit for fiscal year 2014-2015 along with accompanying reports.
2. A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to Subdivide 3.36 Acres into
Two (2) Light Manufacturing Zoned Lots, Application 15-449. Gordon Mandeville
State School Section (Quasi-Judicial) (Rogers)

Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public
comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff
report for application 15-449 and move to approve the Gordon Mandeville State School Section
Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions.
3. Resolution 4656, Amending the Fee Schedule, for the Annual Adjustment Based
on Cost of Labor Index, for the Review of Zoning, Subdivision, Annexation,
Growth Policy Proposals and other Planning Related Review Processes (Thomas)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, public comment, and all
information presented, I hereby move to approve Resolution 4656 adopting a new Planning Fee
Schedule, with an effective date of January 1, 2016.
