SUBJECT: Addition to information for: Adoption of the Street Impact Fee Fund
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for FY17-21.

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Street Impact Fee Fund Capital Improvement Plan
(CIP) for FY17-21.
BACKGROUND: This is additional background information for this Action Item.
During the Impact Fee Advisory Committee meetings on November 17th and December 3rd, the
Committee received and considered two project requests from C&H Engineering. There was
discussion about the relative benefits of these projects in relation to other planned projects and
the scarcity of dollars over the 5-year plan. The Committee did not include these projects in the
recommended Capital Improvement Plan.
