Message: I can only echo Derek Strain's articulate opinion piece in Thurs Chronicle. I have watched on
my street Black as properties have been torn down and replaced by houses much too big for the lot with
a huge structure behind. I dont want my neighborhood to look like those subdivision off of Durston.
Keep the NCOD. There are better solution s to the affordable housing problem
