We stand in opposition to the zone request for Property located at 1 Simmental Way.
The original negotiations for the land and the development of 19th included the donation of all of
the land from the interchange to Baxter by the property owners on the west side of 19th. As part
of the negotiations the west side property received access points which in later years were
diminished in value by either elimination or causing them to have less in and out access. The east
side property did not participate in the building of the 19th St. or the interchange.
The change in zoning is not only unfair but unneeded. There is adequate land of this zone
designation to be developed along 19th without throwing out the previous agreements that have
been made and should be honored.
