Please find attached two (2) documents that comprise Open Window Consulting’s proposal in
response to the City of Bozeman “2015 Strategic Plan RFP”.
The main proposal document is rather large due to inclusion of a sample work product, as
required by the RFP. Please confirm receipt and let us know if there are any problems that result
from the size of the document.
