Travel costs are estimated as follows: 24 trips @ $1400 per trip = $33,600 (GCN will
work to ensure the lowest possible travel costs as possible)
Payment Terms
Fees for any change in the scope of the services by the City of Bozeman will be negotiated at that time. Costs
for out-of-pocket expenses including copy charges, courier charges, and travel will be kept at a minimum but will be billed as incurred. In any case, we will advise you in writing
before out-of-pocket expenses exceed $100.
The payment schedule will be as follows:
Weekly invoices will be submitted for hours worked and expenses charged
Request payment within 30
days of invoice submission
